Overview

Wind lifts and tears shingles. Hail bruises and cracks them. And the flashing (the metal that seals roof edges and joints) around pipes, skylights, and chimneys loosens over time. Any one of those can become a leak. We fix the cause, not just the symptom.

What’s included

How we find and fix the leak.

01

Replace damaged, cracked, or missing shingles with matching product

We replace shingles that are cracked, bruised, or missing with matching material, properly nailed and sealed to the surrounding shingles.

02

Re-seal flashing and pipe boots

The flashing and the rubber boots around pipes are reset and re-sealed — the most common source of a shingle-roof leak.

03

Secure or replace failed fasteners

We replace or re-secure any nails or screws that have backed out, popped through, or pulled loose, so the area is watertight and stands up to wind again.

04

Seal around skylights and chimneys

Skylight and chimney flashings are inspected and re-sealed at every repair visit.

05

Diagnose the leak to its source and document with photos

We find where the water is actually getting in, then photograph the damage and the repair — handy if it turns into an insurance claim.

Shingle Roof Maintenance visit

A repair fixes today's leak. A full maintenance visit covers the whole roof — sealing every opening, re-securing loose material, and catching the next problem before it turns into a leak. Ask about scheduling one after your repair.

Warranty

  • A repair is priced to fix the one issue — nothing more.
  • Want it backed by a warranty? Pair the repair with full maintenance and we'll stand behind the work.

FAQ

Common questions.

What causes most shingle roof leaks?
The usual culprits are lifted or cracked shingles, failed flashing (the metal that seals roof edges and joints) around pipes, and loose sealant around skylights and chimneys. We track the leak to its real source — not just what looks damaged from the ground.
Will you document the damage for my insurance claim?
Yes. We diagnose the leak to its source and photograph the damage and the repair. Dated documentation of hail strikes, cracked flashings, and lifted shingles is exactly what a claims adjuster needs.
How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
A repair makes sense when the damage is in one spot — a few shingles, a failed flashing, a cracked seal. If the same areas keep leaking, or the roof is near the end of its life, we'll tell you straight that a replacement is the better way to spend your money.
