Your roofing materials come with a manufacturer warranty, but it only holds up if you can show the roof was maintained. Without that proof, the manufacturer can deny a claim years later. We keep the records that keep your warranty good.

Defends your insurance claims.
When a storm-damage claim gets denied, the reason is usually “pre-existing condition” or “lack of maintenance.” Dated photos of your roof are the best way to prove otherwise. We give you a record your insurer can’t wave off.

Maintains the roof we built.
In years two and three, we touch up our own work where the sealant has aged. A small problem caught at a seam in May saves you a leak through the ceiling in August.
How it works
Three visits over three years.
Year 1
Warranty Registration.
We register your warranty with the manufacturer and document how the roof looks on day one: a photo gallery of every sealed area plus a drone overview, all on file.
Year 2
Annual Touch-Up.
We inspect every seam and every spot where something comes through the roof. We reseal with a silicone sealant anywhere age and weather have started to show, and we update your record.
Year 3
Three-Year Close-Out.
A final inspection at the close of your three-year maintenance plan: anything the plan covers gets fixed, and you get a full condition report. Your roof's 10-year workmanship warranty continues separately.
Annual visits and documentation continue past Year 3 at the same rate. Cancel anytime.
