Creates the record your warranty depends on.
Your roofing materials come with a manufacturer warranty, but it only holds up if you can show the roof was maintained. Without that proof, the manufacturer can deny a claim years later. We create that proof at every visit and send it to you, so the maintenance record your warranty depends on is in your hands.

Defends your insurance claims.
When a storm-damage claim gets denied, the reason is usually “pre-existing condition” or “lack of maintenance.” Dated photos of your roof are strong evidence of its actual condition. We give you a documented record you can put in front of your insurer.

Maintains the roof we built.
Every year, we touch up our own work where the sealant has aged. A small problem caught at a seam in May saves you a leak through the ceiling in August.
