The Paramount Roofing crew gathered together on a job site in New Mexico

Why work here

A crew worth building a career with.

Roofing is hard, honest work. We make it worth doing here — with steady jobs, the right tools, and people who hold the same standard you do.

Steady, year-round work

New Mexico keeps roofs busy through every season. We run a full schedule across Rio Rancho, Albuquerque, and Placitas — so the work, and the paycheck, don't dry up.

Do it right, every time

We tear off to the deck, document our work with photos, and stand behind it in writing. If you take pride in a clean, honest job and want a crew that holds the same line, you'll fit in here.

A licensed, professional crew

NM GS-21 #400113, fully insured, with the right tools, real safety training, and a team that respects the work and each other. This is a place to build a craft, not just clock hours.

The work

Take pride in it, and it shows.

Every roof we touch gets the same treatment: torn off to the deck, built to the manufacturer’s spec, and documented with photos so the customer and the office both know exactly what was done. No shortcuts, no roofing over old layers, no hiding problems.

That standard only holds because of the people on the crew. We hire for it and we keep the people who live it — folks who’d rather do a job right than do it fast, and who take it personally when their name is on the work. If that’s you, you’ll be in good company here.

What we offer

More than a paycheck. A place to build something.

Here’s what comes with being on the Paramount crew — the things that make the difference between a job you leave and one you stay with.

Pay that reflects experience

Every role posts a real pay range up front, and where you land in it is based on what you bring. Show the work and you move up the range.

Real safety training

Working at heights is serious, and we treat it that way — proper equipment, real procedures, and a crew that looks out for each other on every job.

Tools and trucks that work

You're set up to do the job right: the right materials, well-kept tools, and trucks stocked and ready, not held together with hope.

Room to grow

We're a growing local company. As we take on more roofs across the metro, the people who do good work get the first shot at leading it.

A team that respects the trade

No churn-and-burn. We hire people who take pride in their craft and want to be around others who do too — and we keep them.

Local roots

Headquartered in Rio Rancho, working on New Mexico homes and businesses. Your work stays close to home, and so do you.

Working here, answered.

Do I need roofing experience to apply?

It depends on the role. For some hands-on roles we'll train the right person — what matters most is being reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn. For others, like Project Manager, we're looking for real roofing or construction experience. Each role's page spells out exactly what's required.

Where are the jobs based?

How do I apply?

Open the role you're interested in and apply right there, or email your experience and contact info to office@paramountroofingnm.com. Either way, a real person reads it — we read every application.
