Project Manager.
Our Project Managers own roofing jobs from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. You're the person the customer trusts and the crew looks to — keeping the work on schedule, on budget, and done right, while communicating clearly every step of the way.
What you'll do
- Run roofing projects end to end — estimate, schedule, execute, and close out.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and deliveries.
- Be the customer's main point of contact and keep them informed.
- Manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation.
- Perform the final walkthrough and make sure the job meets our standards.
- Work with the office on permits, inspections, and warranty paperwork.
What we're looking for
- Experience managing roofing or construction projects.
- Organized, a strong communicator, and focused on getting it right.
- Comfortable reading estimates, scopes, and basic roofing plans.
- Valid NM driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Able to inspect roofs and job sites in person.
