Why commercial businesses & building owners call us

One contractor who knows your roofs — and keeps the paperwork.

Your roof is a capital asset. It protects your inventory, your equipment, your tenants, and every business function that happens under it. When it fails — or even when it ages quietly — the costs reach far beyond the repair bill: stalled operations, damaged inventory, unhappy tenants, and the insurance or lender paperwork you can't pull together on short notice. Paramount Roofing helps business and building owners across the Albuquerque metro and Rio Rancho stay ahead of roof problems instead of reacting to them.

New Mexico is harder on commercial roofs than most owners expect. Strong year-round sun breaks down sealants and the flat-roof surface itself. Monsoon season arrives fast and finds every weak seam. Hail and high-desert wind strain fasteners and flashing (the metal that seals roof edges and joints). A flat or low-slope (nearly flat) roof that looks fine in April can be failing by October. Our approach is steady and methodical: inspect, document, fix the right things before they become leaks, and keep a written record that holds up with adjusters, lenders, and boards — because on a commercial building, that paper trail has real value.

We service every common commercial roof type in New Mexico — TPO (a single-ply rubber-like roof sheet), modified bitumen, tar and gravel, metal panel, and tile. Whether you own one commercial building or a few, we can be the one contractor who knows your roofs, shows up when it matters, and keeps the paperwork in order. GS-21 licensed (#400113), 4.9-star rated across 200+ Google reviews, and an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor.

How we work with you

What working with Paramount actually looks like.

Every engagement runs on the same standard — documented, scheduled around the people in the building, and backed by a written record you can hand to anyone who asks.

01

Documentation Your Lender and Insurer Will Actually Accept

Every service visit produces a written record built while we do the work.

Every service visit produces a written record: timestamped photos of every roof opening (the spots where pipes and vents come through the roof), seam, and section of flashing; a condition assessment; and a signed annual condition letter available through Paramount Care Commercial. When a claim needs proof of maintenance, a refinance needs a roof condition report, or a buyer's lender asks for records, you already have them — because we built the file while we did the work.

02

From TPO to silicone, one contractor handles it all

TPO, modified bitumen, tar and gravel, metal panel, restoration, repair, replacement — all of it.

TPO membrane (the flat roof's waterproof top layer), modified bitumen, tar and gravel, metal panel, silicone restoration, maintenance, repair, replacement — we handle the full range of commercial roof services and document every visit. You work with one licensed contractor who knows your building's history, so you don't have to re-explain things every time you call. GS-21 #400113.

03

Minimal Disruption to Your Operations

We schedule around your business hours and brief your site contact before work begins.

We schedule around your business hours and brief your site contact before work begins. We don't leave a job without cleaning up debris, resetting rooftop equipment, and confirming the site is secure. For urgent situations — an active leak, storm damage — Paramount Care Commercial members get 48-hour storm response, so a storm doesn't turn into days of downtime.

04

Two Documented Visits a Year

A documented, twice-yearly maintenance membership from $249/month, no long-term contract.

Paramount Care Commercial is a documented, twice-yearly maintenance membership — spring pre-monsoon visit, 48-hour storm response window, fall post-monsoon visit, and a signed annual condition letter. Priced by building size, starting at $249/month, billed monthly with no long-term contract. A predictable cost, no emergency-rate surprises, and a maintenance record that protects your warranty and backs up insurance claims.

The Roof Health Report

The paper trail. Built while we work.

Every assessment and service visit produces the same record — the one document that holds up with adjusters, lenders, boards, and the next buyer. We build it as we go, so you’re never chasing your contractor for proof later.

01

Drone overview of the whole roof

A full aerial pass shows the roof as one picture — slopes, penetrations, and problem areas in context, not a handful of disconnected close-ups.

02

40+ timestamped photos

Every roof opening, seam, and section of flashing — the metal that seals roof edges and joints — is photographed and timestamped, so the record is dated proof, not a memory.

03

A written condition assessment

Plain-language findings on what we saw and what it means: what’s sound, what to watch, and what needs attention before it becomes a leak.

04

A signed annual condition letter

For Paramount Care Commercial members, a signed letter after each visit — the document adjusters, lenders, boards, and reserve-study consultants actually ask for.

Questions

Common questions, answered.

Can you work around our business hours so we don't have to shut down?
Yes. We schedule commercial work around your operating hours and coordinate directly with your site contact or property manager before we arrive. We'll discuss the schedule — including any noise-sensitive windows — when we scope the job, and we don't consider the work done until the site is cleaned up and all rooftop equipment is reset.
What documentation do you provide after a service visit?
Every visit includes a written condition report with timestamped photos of every roof opening, seam, flashing, and potential problem area. Paramount Care Commercial members also receive a signed annual condition letter — the kind adjusters ask for after storm claims and lenders request at refinance. That report is part of your building's permanent file with us, available whenever you need it.
We had a storm — how quickly can you respond, and what does an emergency inspection cover?
Paramount Care Commercial members receive 48-hour storm response after hail or high-wind events. For non-members, we prioritize commercial emergency calls and will give you a realistic timeline when you contact us. An emergency inspection finds where the water is actually getting in (which is rarely where it shows up inside), photographs the damage for your insurance adjuster, and gives you a clear list of what needs repair — so you're not guessing at the claim.
