Commercial Roofing

Every roof you’re responsible for.
Documented.
Backed in writing.

Commercial roofs run on budgets, board approvals, and tenant uptime — not just shingles. Paramount handles the whole picture and documents every visit: the condition reports, signed letters, and photo archives your board, lender, insurer, and buyers will ask for. One licensed contact for every property in your portfolio.

We’ll inspect, document, and give you a roof-by-roof plan — no obligation. No homeowner-style sales pitch.

Why managers choose Paramount

Accountability you can file — not promises you have to trust.

The hard part of commercial roofing isn’t the work — it’s proving it happened. Boards need a baseline to approve spend. Lenders and adjusters need records on the day they ask. We build that paper trail into every visit, so the file is always ready before you need it.

A condition report for every building

We photograph each roof you're responsible for, record its age and system, and rank what needs attention and when. That report gives your board, your reserve study, or your lender a factual baseline — not a guess based on age alone.

Board-ready paper on every project

Every job comes with timestamped before-and-after photos, a written scope of work, and — for Paramount Care Commercial members — a signed annual condition letter. The same paper trail adjusters, lenders, and buyers ask for, built while we do the work.

One licensed, insured point of contact

When a storm rolls through or a building flags a leak, you call one number. We already know the roofs — the systems, the ages, the past repairs. Licensed NM GS-21 #400113, fully insured, with 4,000+ new mexico roofs documented.

Questions

Commercial roofing questions, answered.

Can you handle every building in our portfolio, not just one job?
Yes — that's exactly what we're built for. We document each building, coordinate scheduling across properties, and keep one record per roof. Paramount Care Commercial puts it on a schedule: two inspection visits a year per building, a 48-hour storm response, and a signed annual condition letter, all under one point of contact.
What documentation do we get that owners, lenders, and adjusters will accept?
Every service visit produces a written record: timestamped photos of every roof opening, seam, and section of flashing, plus a condition assessment. Paramount Care Commercial members also receive a signed annual condition letter — the document adjusters request after storm claims and lenders ask for at refinance. It stays in your building's permanent file with us.
How much does Paramount Care Commercial cost?
It starts at $249/month per building and is tiered by square footage. Billing is by ACH (bank transfer), and you can cancel with notice — there's no long-term contract. That covers two inspection visits a year, 48-hour storm response, and a signed annual condition letter on every enrolled building.
Can you restore a commercial roof instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. A silicone restoration can extend a serviceable metal or flat roof up to 20 years without a full tear-off — far less cost and disruption than replacement. It's a commercial-only system, and only worth doing on a roof that's still structurally sound. We'll tell you honestly which path your roof needs.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
Yes. We hold a GS-21 commercial contractor license (NM GS-21 #400113) and carry full insurance. We've documented 4,000+ roofs across New Mexico and hold a 4.9-star rating across 200+ Google reviews — and as an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we back shingle replacements with Owens Corning Preferred Protection.
