What we coordinate

Everything around your roof, handled.

One crew coordinates the equipment, permits, and cleanup around your roof — so the new roof seals tight and your warranties hold. Pick what your project needs.

Good to know

How the work around your roof gets handled.

Cleanup is already included

Haul-off, a magnetic nail sweep, and a final property walk come with every Paramount tear-off — never a separate charge.

Permits are standard

We pull the building permit and attend the municipal inspection on your behalf on every qualifying replacement.

Trades stay coordinated

Solar, HVAC, and evaporative coolers come off and go back on with licensed trades, so the roof seals tight and your warranties stay intact.

Flat & TPO roof work

Heat-welded walkway pads and rooftop ductwork silicone coating both serve flat and low-slope roofs — residential or commercial, including New Mexico's many flat-roof homes.

Questions

Add-on services, answered.

Do add-on services cost extra, or are some included?

Cleanup genuinely is included — haul-off, a magnetic nail sweep, and a final property walk come with every Paramount tear-off, never a separate charge. Permits are different: a building permit is required by law on a roof replacement, so the permit and its fee are part of the job — what we handle for you is the legwork, applying for it and attending the municipal inspection so you never deal with the city. Equipment work, like removing and resetting solar, HVAC, or an evaporative cooler, is quoted right alongside your roof, so it's one estimate, one schedule, and one warranty instead of scattered extras.

Can you reroof around my solar panels, HVAC unit, or swamp cooler?

No — and any roofer who offers to is cutting a corner. The old surface has to come off completely, and the new waterproofing has to run under and around every curb and mount. Leaving equipment in place leaves a gap in the waterproofing exactly where leaks start. We take it off, reroof properly underneath, and set it back down sealed into the new roof.

Do I have to line up separate companies for the solar or HVAC work?

No. Paramount coordinates the licensed trades — an HVAC contractor to disconnect and reset your unit, or an electrician to reconnect your solar array — as part of the job. You deal with one company, one schedule, and one point of contact, so the flashing around every curb is nobody's blind spot.

Do you pull the permit and handle the inspection?

Yes, on every qualifying replacement. We apply for the building permit in our name as the licensed contractor, schedule the municipal inspection, and have a crew member on-site when the inspector arrives. Once it passes, you get a copy for your records — the document a future buyer, title company, or insurance adjuster will want to see.

Are silicone coatings and walkway pads available for my house?

It comes down to your roof type, not whether it's a home or a business. Heat-welded walkway pads work on any flat or low-slope TPO membrane roof — including the flat roofs common on New Mexico homes — so if your house has a flat or membrane roof, yes, we do them. They aren't for pitched shingle, tile, or metal roofs, where there's no membrane to weld to. Rooftop ductwork silicone coating works for homes and businesses alike — anywhere you have exposed HVAC ducts baking in the sun on a flat or low-slope roof.

Get it all handled in one estimate.
