Paramount Care
Your roof, maintained
and documented for life.
Most roof problems are cheap to catch early and expensive to ignore — and most warranty and insurance denials come down to one thing: no proof the roof was maintained. Paramount Care is the plan that handles both — yearly upkeep and a documented record that’s yours for life. 4,000+ New Mexico roofs documented and counting.

What it does
Three jobs. One plan.
A roof you can’t prove was maintained is a warranty that can lapse and a claim that can be denied. Paramount Care keeps the record — and keeps the roof in shape — for as long as you own the building.
01
Keeps your manufacturer warranty valid.
Material warranties stay valid only if you can show the roof was maintained. We create and keep those records — so a denied claim years later doesn't catch you off guard.
02
Defends your insurance claims.
When storm-damage claims are denied, the reason cited is almost always “pre-existing condition” or “lack of maintenance.” Dated photos of your roof are the strongest counter-evidence there is — a record your insurer can't wave off.
03
Maintains the roof we built.
On every visit we touch up the seals and flashing (the metal that seals roof edges and joints) where age and weather have started to show. A small problem caught at a seam in May is a leak you never get in August.

Every visit
The Roof Health Report.
Every Paramount Care visit produces a 20-page Roof Health Report: a drone overview, 40+ timestamped photos of every pipe, vent, and seam, a full condition assessment, and a warranty-status / condition letter ready for any insurance adjuster, lender, or buyer. It’s yours to keep, share with your insurer, or pass on to whoever owns the building next.

Who it’s for
Built for owners who’d rather protect than replace.
If your roof is an investment worth keeping, Paramount Care keeps it documented and maintained — whichever of these sounds like you.
Homeowners protecting a new roof
You invested in a quality roof. Paramount Care keeps its manufacturer warranty valid and its condition documented, year after year.
Storm- and hail-exposed properties
New Mexico weather is hard on roofs. When you file an insurance claim, a dated photo history is your strongest defense against a denial.
Commercial buildings & portfolios
One building or fifty — every roof documented, with a signed condition letter on file for lenders, insurers, and your own records.
Worth it
A small monthly plan against a five-figure problem.
Paramount Care won’t just pay for itself — it keeps small problems small and your insurance claims defensible. Here’s the math:
- Paramount Care
- from $29/mo
- An interior leak repair
- $3,500 – $8,000
- A denied storm claim
- $10,000+
Avoid one problem and the plan pays for itself many times over.
“The Estimator was thorough and gave us a complete photo record of all the damage on the roof. The guys who came to do the work were polite and worked hard in 100 degree heat.”

Enrollment
How enrollment works.
Ask your project manager when we wrap up your job, or get in touch any time. Enrolling takes no payment on this page — we confirm your plan, then set up monthly billing with you.
- For existing customers. Residential enrollment is for current Paramount Roofing customers; commercial is for buildings we've serviced in the last 12 months.
- No payment to enroll. Nothing is charged on this page. You confirm the plan and set up billing directly with your project manager.
- Separate from your warranty. Paramount Care is a maintenance plan — it runs alongside your 10-year workmanship and manufacturer material warranties, it doesn't replace them.

Questions
Paramount Care questions, answered.
Is Paramount Care the same as my roof's warranty?
No. A new roof from us comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's material warranty, and those continue on their own. Paramount Care is a separate maintenance plan — built around three years, then continuing month-to-month — that keeps those warranties defensible by documenting that the roof is maintained.
Do I pay anything to enroll?
No. Enrolling takes no payment on this page — you set up billing with your project manager. Residential is $29/mo; commercial starts at $249/mo, priced by square footage.
Who can enroll?
Residential enrollment is for existing Paramount Roofing customers. Commercial enrollment is for buildings we've serviced in the last 12 months.
What's the difference between the residential and commercial plans?
Residential ($29/mo) covers homes: an annual documentation visit, warranty protection, and a lifetime photo archive. Commercial (from $249/mo, priced by square footage) covers buildings and portfolios: two inspection visits a year, 48-hour storm response, and a signed annual condition letter for every building you enroll.
Can I cancel?
Yes — there's no long-term contract. Residential continues month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Commercial is billed monthly by ACH with 30-day cancellation.
What do I get on each visit?
A 20-page Roof Health Report: a drone overview, 40+ timestamped photos of every pipe, vent, and seam, a full condition assessment, and a warranty-status / condition letter ready for any insurance adjuster, lender, or buyer.
