What it does
Three jobs. One plan.
A roof you can’t prove was maintained is a warranty that can lapse and a claim that can be denied. Paramount Care builds that record, visit after visit, and keeps the roof in shape for as long as you’re enrolled.

Creates the record manufacturers expect.
Most material warranties stay valid only if you can show the roof was maintained. We create that record and send it to you after every visit, so a denied claim years later doesn’t catch you off guard.

Defends your insurance claims.
When storm-damage claims are denied, the reason cited is almost always “pre-existing condition” or “lack of maintenance.” Dated photos of your roof are strong evidence of its actual condition, a documented record you can put in front of your insurer.

Maintains the roof we built.
On every visit we touch up the seals and flashing (the metal that seals roof edges and joints) where age and weather have started to show. A small problem caught at a seam in May is a leak you never get in August.

The Roof Health Report.
Every Paramount Care visit produces a Roof Health Report: a drone overview of the full roof, timestamped close-up photos of every pipe, vent, seam, and drain, a written condition assessment, a list of what we touched up, and a list of any repairs we’d recommend. Commercial plans add a signed annual condition letter for an insurance adjuster, lender, or buyer. Every report is emailed to you the day it’s produced, so it’s yours to keep, share with your insurer, or pass on to whoever owns the building next.

How enrollment works.
Ask your project manager when we wrap up your job, or get in touch within 30 days after we finish. Enrolling takes no payment on this page. We confirm your plan, then set up monthly billing with you.
- For roofs we’ve worked on. Residential and commercial enrollment are both for roofs we installed or maintained, at the time of that service or within 30 days afterward.
- No payment to enroll. Nothing is charged on this page. You confirm the plan and set up billing directly with your project manager.
- Separate from your warranty. Paramount Care is a maintenance plan: it runs alongside your 10-year workmanship and manufacturer material warranties, it doesn’t replace them.
