For roofing crews
Run quality work.
Get on our list.
Paramount subcontracts with licensed, insured roofing crews across New Mexico. If you carry a GS-21 or GB-98, run general liability and workers’ comp, and do documented, spec-grade work, we want to know your company.
Licensed GS-21 / GB-98 crews only · general liability and workers’ comp required. Questions before you apply? Call 505-615-0646.

Who we’re looking for
Crews who treat a roof the way we do.
Paramount’s name is on every roof a subcontractor installs for us, so we only work with crews who hold the work to the same standard we do: permitted, photo-documented, and built to manufacturer spec. The homeowner gets a 10-year workmanship warranty backing the job, and that only holds up when the install is right the first time.
If that’s how your crew already works — licensed, insured, and proud of clean job sites — the application below is how we get to know your company, the systems you run, and your pricing. We review every applicant before anyone joins our list; this isn’t an automatic sign-up.
What we run on
- Accepted licenses
- GS-21 or GB-98
- Required insurance

What you’ll need
Three things, before we talk.
These aren’t preferences — they’re the line. Every crew we add holds a current license, carries both kinds of insurance, and gives us clear pricing up front. Have all three ready and the application takes a few minutes.
Active NM license
A current New Mexico contractor's license — GS-21 or GB-98. We verify it against the state record before you run a single job for us.
Full insurance
General liability and workers' compensation, both current. We ask for a certificate for each — no exceptions, because your coverage protects the homeowner and you.
Your systems & pricing
The roof systems you install and your price per square (100 sq ft) for each. Clear pricing up front means we can match you to the right jobs from day one.
Systems we run
Five systems. Check the ones you install.
On the application you’ll check every system your crew installs and give us your price per square — that’s a 10-by-10 area, 100 square feet — for each one. The more systems you run well, the more of our work you can take on.
TPO
Single-ply membrane on flat and low-slope roofs.
Priced per squareShingle
Architectural and impact-resistant shingle tear-offs and reroofs.
Priced per squareTile
Concrete and clay tile — lift-and-reset and full replacements.
Priced per squareMetal
Standing seam, R-panel, and exposed-fastener metal systems.
Priced per squareSilicone
Silicone restoration coatings on commercial metal and flat roofs.
Priced per squareHow it works
From application to first job.
No portal to learn, no long wait wondering where things stand. Three steps, and you’ll know exactly where you are in each one.
01
Apply online
Tell us about your company, upload your license and both insurance certificates, and check off the systems you install with your price per square for each. It takes a few minutes.
02
We verify your credentials
We review every applicant's license and insurance against the state and carrier records. Nothing moves forward until your GS-21 or GB-98 and both certificates check out as current.
03
We reach out about fit
If your systems, pricing, and coverage line up with the work we have, we'll get in touch to talk through how we run jobs. Applying is the first step — being added to our subcontractor list is a decision we make after review.
Our standard
What a Paramount roof looks like.
Beyond the license and the certificates, here’s the work itself — the things we look for on a job site and expect every crew on our list to deliver, every time.
Every crew, every job
- Permits pulled and final inspections passed — we don't roof over an old layer, and we don't skip the paperwork.
- Clean, photo-documented work: tear-off to the deck, the details done to manufacturer spec, and the site swept at the end of every day.
- Crews who show up when scheduled and communicate — homeowners hear from us, and we need to hear from you.
- Accurate, current documents on file: your license and both insurance certificates kept up to date for as long as you run our jobs.
Application
Tell us about your company.
Everything below is required so we can verify your license and insurance. Documents can be a PDF or a clear photo — the form compresses photos for you. We review every applicant before adding them to our subcontractor list.
