Overview

Paramount Roofing LLC ("Paramount Roofing," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website at paramountroofingnm.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or use our Site, how we use and protect it, and your choices regarding your information.

Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This policy is intended as a general disclosure and does not constitute legal advice. We recommend having it reviewed by an attorney to confirm it meets all requirements applicable to your specific situation.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: directly from you when you voluntarily provide it, and automatically through standard web technologies when you browse the Site.

Information you provide directly: When you fill out a contact form, request a free estimate, or inquire about our services, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service or property address, and any details you include in your message. Job applicants and subcontractor applicants may also upload documents such as resumes, licenses, and insurance certificates through our site; these documents are transmitted to us and handled confidentially.

Information collected automatically: If we use web analytics tools, our Site may collect certain technical information automatically when you visit. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time and date of your visit, and general geographic location derived from your IP address. If collected, this information is gathered through cookies and similar tracking technologies and through third-party analytics services.

We do not collect payment card numbers or financial account information directly through this Site. Any financing applications are handled by our third-party financing partner (see Financing and Third Parties below).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request — including scheduling estimate appointments, answering questions about our roofing services, and following up on leads you submit through our forms.

We may also use your information to communicate with you about your project, our services, or promotions we believe may be of interest to you (you can opt out at any time — see Your Choices below); to improve the Site and our services using aggregated, anonymized analytics data; and to comply with applicable laws or legal processes, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Paramount Roofing, our customers, or others.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for purposes materially different from those described here without first obtaining your consent.

Lead Forms, Estimates, and Financing

When you submit a contact or estimate request form, the information you provide is sent to our team so we can follow up. Submitting a form does not obligate you to purchase any services. You may receive follow-up by phone, email, or text. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any email, calling us, or emailing office@paramountroofingnm.com.

We offer financing options through Wisetack, Inc., a third-party consumer lender. If you choose to explore financing, you will be directed to Wisetack's own application and process. Any information you provide to Wisetack is governed solely by Wisetack's privacy policy, not this one — we encourage you to review it before submitting any financial information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Wisetack or any other third-party service.

Our Site may also contain links to third-party websites such as review platforms or social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Analytics and Cookies

We may use web analytics tools to understand how visitors use our Site — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, what devices are used, and how visitors arrive. If used, this data is generally collected in aggregate and used to improve the Site's performance and content.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Most web browsers let you refuse, delete, or manage cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality but will not prevent you from viewing our content.

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting them on sites like ours.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your information in limited circumstances: with service providers who help us operate the Site or our business (such as email platforms, CRM tools, or website hosting providers), who are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us; with Wisetack or other financing partners when you specifically request financing information; as required by law, court order, or government regulation; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business assets.

We require third-party service providers to maintain reasonable security standards and to use your information only as directed by us.

Data Security and Children's Privacy

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our Site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to customer information to personnel who need it. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Choices

Marketing communications: If you receive promotional emails and no longer wish to, click the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly. We may still contact you regarding an active service request even after you unsubscribe from marketing.

Phone and text: If you prefer not to be contacted by phone or text, let us know when we reach out or email us at office@paramountroofingnm.com.

Access, correction, and deletion: You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, or to request deletion. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time and honor deletion requests to the extent practicable, though we may retain certain information as required for legal or business record-keeping purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
