Who it’s for
Commercial Paramount Care is available for buildings Paramount has worked on. If we installed your roof or performed maintenance on it, you can enroll at the time of that service or within 30 days afterward. That’s how we can stand behind the plan: we already know what’s on your roof.
New to Paramount? We start with a free estimate, do the work, and your building becomes eligible from there.
What it does
Three jobs. One plan.
01
Maintained year-round.
Two scheduled inspections a year catch worn seals, splitting seams, and failing roof openings before they let water in, and your gutters are cleared at each visit at no extra charge, plus a documented inspection within 2 business days when the National Weather Service confirms severe hail or high winds at your property, so a small problem never becomes damage inside the building.
02
Documented for your file.
Adjusters want proof the roof was maintained. Lenders want condition reports when you refinance. Buyers want the roof's history when you sell. You get all of it: a signed annual condition letter and a timestamped photo report on every building in the plan, emailed to you after every visit and yours to keep.
03
Backed by your contractor.
We re-seal our own work, you skip the bid process for out-of-scope repairs, and enrolled buildings are scheduled ahead of non-subscriber work. One number, one record, one contractor who already knows your roofs.
How it works
Your year, covered.
Two documented inspection visits bracket the monsoon season, with a 2-business-day storm response in between. Every visit is photographed and written up, and the report is emailed to you the day it’s produced.
Spring
Pre-Monsoon Visit
A full inspection and re-seal before monsoon season — every roof opening, seam, and flashing (the metal that seals roof edges and joints) checked, photographed, and documented, and your gutters cleared at no extra charge.
Summer
2-Business-Day Storm Response
We watch the weather. When the National Weather Service confirms severe hail or high winds at your property, we're on your roof within 2 business days with a documented inspection for your claim file. You don't have to call us.
Fall
Post-Monsoon Visit
A second full inspection after monsoon season, gutters cleared again, closing the year with a signed condition letter for your file — the document adjusters, lenders, and buyers ask for.
The deliverable
Your Roof Health Report.
Every building in the plan gets its own report after every visit: the document you hand to an adjuster after a storm, a lender at refinance, or a buyer at closing. It’s emailed to you the day it’s produced and it’s yours to keep, proof the roof was watched, not just hoped about.
- A Roof Health Report on every building, after every visit
- Drone overview of the full roof surface
- Timestamped photos of every roof opening, seam, scupper, drain, parapet, and equipment curb
- A plain-English condition assessment with priorities
- A list of what we touched up and the repairs we recommend
- A signed annual condition letter for adjusters, lenders, and buyers

Why it’s worth it
A record that pays off the day you need it.
The maintenance keeps the roof working. The documentation is what protects you when a claim, a refinance, or a sale puts the roof under a microscope.
Property managers
One contractor across the portfolio, one annual record per building, and routine fixes handled without a fresh bid every time. Less to chase, less to explain to ownership.
Adjusters & insurers
A timestamped before-and-after history means a storm claim isn't a he-said argument. The maintenance record and dated photos show the roof's condition the day before the event.
Lenders & buyers
When you refinance or sell, the signed condition letter and Roof Health Report answer the roof question up front — no scramble for a last-minute inspection mid-transaction.
Pricing
Priced per building, by roof size.
Each building in the portfolio is priced on its own footprint. Buildings over 10,000 square feet get a custom quote.
Billed monthly by credit card or ACH, plus applicable New Mexico gross receipts tax, shown as a separate line. Three or more buildings under one account: 10% off the combined monthly total. Six or more: 15%. 30-day cancellation. No long-term contract. Add or remove buildings as your portfolio changes.
