Maintained year-round.

Two scheduled inspections a year catch worn seals, splitting seams, and failing roof openings before they let water in — plus a 48-hour response after any hail or high-wind event, so a small problem never becomes damage inside the building.

Documented for your file.

Adjusters want proof the roof was maintained. Lenders want condition reports when you refinance. Buyers want the roof's history when you sell. You get all of it — a signed annual condition letter and a timestamped photo archive on every building in the plan.

Backed by your contractor.

We re-seal our own work, you skip the bid process for routine fixes, and enrolled buildings move to the front of the schedule when weather hits. One number, one record, one contractor who already knows your roofs.

How it works

Two documented inspection visits bracket the monsoon season, with a 48-hour storm response in between. Every visit is photographed and added to the building’s record.

Spring

Pre-Monsoon Visit

A full inspection and re-seal before monsoon season — every roof opening, seam, and flashing (the metal that seals roof edges and joints) checked, photographed, and documented.

Summer

48-Hour Storm Response

After hail or high wind, we respond within 48 hours. We inspect, document the damage for your claim, and stop active leaks fast — before water reaches what's under the roof.

Fall

Post-Monsoon Visit

A second full inspection after monsoon season, closing the year with a signed condition letter for your file — the document adjusters, lenders, and buyers ask for.

Every building in the plan gets its own report each year — the document you hand to an adjuster after a storm, a lender at refinance, or a buyer at closing. It’s proof the roof was watched, not just hoped about.

How fast do you respond after a storm?
Within 48 hours of a hail or high-wind event, enrolled buildings get a response — we inspect, document the damage for your claim, and stop any active leaks. Enrolled buildings move to the front of the schedule when weather hits the whole region at once.
What's actually in the Roof Health Report?
A 20-page report per building: a drone overview of the full roof surface, 40+ timestamped photos of every roof opening and seam, a plain-English condition assessment, and a signed condition letter you can hand to an adjuster, a lender, or a buyer.
How does billing work — and am I locked in?
It's billed monthly by ACH at your per-building rate, with no long-term contract and 30-day cancellation. You can add or remove buildings as your portfolio changes. No payment is taken when you request enrollment — we confirm your rate and eligibility first.
What does a plan cost?
It's tiered by roof size: up to 5,000 sq ft is $249/mo, 5,001–7,500 sq ft is $349/mo, 7,501–10,000 sq ft is $449/mo, and anything over 10,000 sq ft is a custom quote. Each building in the portfolio is priced on its own footprint.
Is this the same as the homeowner plan?
No. The residential plan is built for a single home. Commercial Paramount Care is built for buildings and portfolios — larger roofs, the documented record adjusters and lenders ask for, and monthly per-building billing instead of a fixed term.
