Four roof systems. One standard of documentation.
These are the real systems we install across New Mexico — organized so you can jump straight to the roof that looks like yours. 40 projects below.
System 01
Metal
25 projectsStanding seam, R-Panel, and Desert Rib — built for New Mexico sun, wind, and monsoon season. The longest-lived roof we install, and the one that looks the part on a custom home.
- Standing seam
- R-Panel
- Desert Rib
System 02
Shingle
5 projectsOwens Corning Duration and Class 4 impact-resistant systems, installed to manufacturer spec. The everyday workhorse — and our most common storm-damage replacement.
- Owens Corning Duration
- Class 4 impact-resistant
- Full storm replacement
System 03
Tile
5 projectsConcrete and clay tile — lift-and-reset with new underlayment, or a full replacement. The detail work most crews avoid; we treat the tile as worth saving when it is.
- Concrete & clay
- Lift-and-reset
- Full replacement
System 04
Flat & Commercial
5 projectsTPO membrane, modified bitumen, and silicone restoration for low-slope and commercial roofs. Silicone restoration is a commercial / flat-roof system — it adds years to an aging metal or flat roof without a full tear-off.
- TPO membrane
- Modified bitumen
- Silicone restoration
Why we photograph everything
Proof, not promises.
Most of a roof gets covered up the day it’s built. Photo documentation is how we keep it honest — you see what was under your old roof, how the new one went on, and the finished result. It’s also the record that protects your warranty and answers any future insurance or resale question.
01
Tear-off, photographed
We shoot the deck the moment the old roof comes off — so you see exactly what was hiding underneath, rot and all, before anything new goes on.
02
In-progress, layer by layer
Underlayment, flashing, drip edge, and the roof surface as it's installed. The details that decide whether a roof lasts get captured on the way up, not just at the end.
03
Final walkthrough
A finished set — including the drone and aerial shots you see here — handed to you with your warranty. The same photos document the work for any future insurance or resale question.
