Roof Maintenance Tech.
Our Maintenance Techs are the crew that keeps customers' roofs healthy year-round. You'll work across every system we service — shingle, tile, metal, and flat/TPO — catching small problems before they become leaks, and documenting every visit so the customer (and our office) knows exactly what was done.
What you'll do
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on residential and commercial roofs.
- Re-seal, re-fasten, and repair flashing, roof openings, and trouble spots.
- Photograph and document roof conditions before and after each visit.
- Flag larger repairs or replacements for the office to follow up on.
- Keep your truck, tools, and materials organized and job-ready.
- Follow all safety procedures for working at heights.
What we're looking for
- Reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working at heights.
- Some roofing or construction experience preferred (we'll train the right person).
- Able to lift and carry materials and work outdoors in New Mexico weather.
- Valid NM driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Takes pride in clean, honest, well-documented work.
