Project Coordinator.

Our Project Coordinators keep everything running behind the scenes. You're the organizational backbone of the office — scheduling crews, pulling permits, ordering materials, and keeping customers updated — so every job runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll do

  • Schedule crews and coordinate the day-to-day flow of jobs.
  • Pull permits and schedule inspections with local jurisdictions.
  • Order materials and track deliveries against the project schedule.
  • Keep customers updated on timing and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized project records and documentation.
  • Support Project Managers and the field crews with whatever keeps jobs moving.

What we're looking for

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable on the phone and over email with customers and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable with paperwork and scheduling.
  • Experience in roofing, construction, or trades scheduling a plus.
  • Comfortable with standard office software and scheduling tools.
