This is the report a Paramount Care member gets by email after every included visit: what we found, what we took care of, photos from the visit, and when we will be back. It is the same layout and the same wording a real one uses.
Everything below is made up. The home is ZZZ Sample Home on Sample Mesa Court NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124, a street and a house that do not exist, and the photos are roof photos from this website rather than anyone’s home. We do not publish a customer’s report, address or photos, even with the name taken off.

Your Roof Health Report
We completed your included Paramount Care visit on April 14, 2026: annual documentation visit.
How your roof is doing
Your roof is in good shape for its age. It is an architectural asphalt shingle roof, about eleven years into a thirty year shingle, with a small flat section and two canales over the garage. We walked all of it.
On the south slope one shingle tab had lifted at the corner where the wind gets under it. Nothing was torn and the layer underneath was dry. Around the plumbing vent boot on the flat section, the sealant had cracked the way it does after a few summers of sun. That is the most common place a roof this age starts to leak, and it is why we look at it every visit.
One item needs a real repair, which we did not do today because it is outside what your visit covers: the pipe boot on the east side of the flat section has a split collar. Sealing it again would buy a season at most, so we would rather replace the boot. It is a small job. We have written it up separately so you can decide, and there is no hurry before monsoon season.
What we took care of
Pressed and resealed the lifted shingle tab on the south slope.
Renewed the cracked sealant at the plumbing vent boot on the flat section.
Cleared leaf litter and gravel out of both canales and ran water through them to confirm they drain.
Checked the flashing at the chimney and the skylight. No work needed there this visit.

Why homeowners keep these
A shingle manufacturer asks for proof the roof was maintained before it honors a warranty claim, and an insurer or a buyer’s inspector asks what condition the roof was in and when. A report a year answers both, and the record is yours whether or not you stay a member.
A report states what we saw on the day of the visit. It is not a warranty and not a guarantee, and it does not promise how any manufacturer, insurer or lender will decide.
